Heather Axe

Heather Axe serves as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Deputy Compliance Officer at Korn Ferry since January 2016. Concurrently, Heather holds the position of President at the Korn Ferry Charitable Foundation since April 2020. Prior experience includes working as Assistant General Counsel at Occidental Petroleum Corporation from July 2005 to February 2015 and as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP from October 1997 to June 2005. Heather earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law between 1994 and 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from UCLA from 1990 to 1994.
