Jasmin Dhivya

Jasmin Dhivya is a seasoned professional in human resources and rewards consulting with a strong background in compensation, benefits, and HR analytics. Currently serving as a Rewards Consultant at Korn Ferry since July 2024, Jasmin previously held the position of Manager (Head- India Rewards) at Diageo from October 2022 to July 2024. Prior to that, Jasmin was the Manager (Head- Total Rewards & HR Analytics) at Textron India Private Limited from August 2018 to October 2022, overseeing HR business partnerships for several brands. Jasmin's experience also includes a role as Manager in Global Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development at Mphasis from June 2011 to August 2018, and a graduate trainee position at PwC in external audit from May 2008 to March 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources from Madras School Of Social Work and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Stella Maris College.
