Jim O'Neal

Jim O'Neal currently serves as a Sector Leader at Korn Ferry since October 2022. O'Neal has an extensive career at Lucas Group, having held roles as Division Director and Managing Partner since 1991. Prior experience includes serving as a Junior Officer in the US Army from 1980 to 1987. O'Neal earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Furman University between 1976 and 1980 and obtained an MBA from Georgia State University.
