Joe McCabe

Joe McCabe has extensive experience in leadership roles within the human resources and executive search sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member and Human Capital Committee Chair at Polen Capital since June 2022, McCabe's career includes positions such as Vice Chairman at Korn Ferry since March 2015, and previously at CTPartners and Heidrick & Struggles as Vice Chairman and Managing Partner, respectively. McCabe's foundational experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at both Fidelity Investments and Coca-Cola Enterprises. Educational credentials include a JD in Labor and Employment Law from Suffolk University Law School, an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, and a BA from Gannon University.
