John T Saunders is the Chief Diversity Officer for Korn Ferry located in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Over the course of his tenure with the firm, JT has served in multiple roles at Korn Ferry – in Executive Search and Consulting and as a key member of our D&I team.

Over the past 10 years, JT has developed a track record of success working with executives and next generation leaders. He has provided a host of services ranging from executive recruitment to leadership development.

JT brings a wealth of experience to the firm in the areas of strategic Diversity and Inclusion consulting and organizational root cause analysis.

JT offers a holistic understanding and approach to organizational development as a result of his experience working with leaders at all levels within organizations.
