Joseph Dimisa

Joseph DiMisa is a Senior Client Partner and Global GTM Strategy & Rewards Advisory Leader at Korn Ferry since April 2017, bringing over 20 years of expertise in go-to-market strategies, sales effectiveness, incentive compensation, and revenue planning. Prior to Korn Ferry, Joseph served as Senior Vice President and head of the Sales Force Effectiveness Practice at Sibson Consulting from 2003 to April 2017, providing thought leadership to Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and private equity firms. Joseph also held the position of Practice Leader at The Alexander Group from 2001 to 2003, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Tcert, Inc. from 2000 to 2001, and Assistant Vice-President of Strategy and Planning at AT&T from 1992 to 1999. Joseph earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida in 1992.
