Katelynn Rosen

Katelynn Rosen, M.A. I/O, is a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry, specializing in Employee Experience (EX) and serving as a Qualtrics EX Technology Consultant with Certified Partner Accreditation. Since October 2015, Katelynn has been instrumental in helping clients design and implement innovative employee experience programs through best-practice advisory and AI-driven analytics. Prior experience includes roles in human resources at Bloomingdale's, Direct Agents, XSport Fitness, Hofstra University, and Farmingdale State College. Katelynn earned a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Farmingdale State College.
