Kevin Cashman

Kevin Cashman is a seasoned leadership advisor with extensive experience in enhancing purpose-driven performance for CEOs and senior teams globally. Currently serving as Vice Chairman, CEO, and Enterprise Leadership at Korn Ferry since December 2006, Kevin specializes in transformative enterprise leadership through writing, speaking, and coaching. As the Founder and CEO of the Chief Executive Institute, established in September 1996, Kevin has focused on the unique leadership development needs of CEOs and successors, integrating this institute into Korn Ferry's Advisory Group after its acquisition in 2006. Previously, Kevin founded LeaderSource in 1980, a consulting firm recognized among the top leadership development firms, and hosted the CareerTalk radio show from 1985 to 1990. Kevin's background includes serving as a Meditation Teacher for the World Plan Executive Council, where meditation techniques were taught to enhance performance among various professionals. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Saint John's University.
