Kyle Courtaway

Kyle Courtaway is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and education. Currently a Partner at NinthEdge, Inc. since January 2003, Courtaway also serves as Master Faculty - Public Education at Korn Ferry since April 2011 and is a member of ETDA since 2009. Additionally, Courtaway has been a Learning Consultant at TMA World and Lead Faculty at The Cradlerock Group, both roles held since 2006. Previous positions include Director of Learning Services at Ninthedge, Director of the Training and Development Center at the College of Lake County, Principal at Odyssey Learning, and various organizational development roles at Andersen and Arthur Andersen. Courtaway holds a B.S./M.S. in Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Illinois State University.
