Luis Nevarez

Luis Nevarez is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in software quality assurance and testing. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Korn Ferry since August 2023, Luis specializes in automated and manual testing, functional, regression, and performance testing, utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps, JMeter, Postman, and Docker on Azure cloud. Previously, as a Senior Software QA Automation Engineer at Deluxe from April 2011 to March 2023, Luis led QA efforts on a transcode services project and mentored junior engineers. Additional experience includes roles at DIRECTV, Sibatel Communications, and Tyco, where responsibilities encompassed integration testing, automated testing, and software system design. Luis holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua and programming certification as a Sun Certified Java Programmer.
