Miriam Nelson

Miriam Nelson is a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry, where Miriam plays a key role on the leadership team for North America Assessment and Succession practice and leads initiatives around digital simulations. Prior to this, Miriam was a Partner at Aon Hewitt, leading the Leadership Assessment and Development consulting group in North America and overseeing the Call Center Performance Practice. Miriam's career began at Assessment Solutions Incorporated, where a progressive trajectory led to the position of First Vice President, managing client relationships and delivering customized talent solutions. Miriam holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology, an MA in Applied Psychology from Hofstra University, and both a BS and a BSBA in Business and Psychology from American University.
