Natalie O'Beirnes

Natalie O'Beirnes is an accomplished professional in talent sourcing and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Global Strategic Sourcing and Talent Intelligence (interim) at Korn Ferry since January 2022, while also functioning as the Global Sourcing Lead for Recruitment Delivery. Previously, Natalie held the role of Global Sourcing Lead for Recruitment Delivery at Lonza, managing proactive talent sourcing globally.
