Ömer Ongun

Ömer Ongun is a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry, specializing in Organization and People Strategy with a focus on transformational solutions, diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership development, and executive coaching since October 2017. Prior to this role, Ömer served as Head of Training and Organizational Development at AFS Intercultural Programs, where the emphasis was on learning design and talent development. Additional experience includes positions as a Visiting Lecturer at Özyeğin University and Istanbul Kultur University, concentrating on intercultural communication and diversity. Earlier, Ömer was the Director of Community at GROU.PS Inc., leading community management and organizational development efforts. Ömer holds a Master's degree in Strategic Communication Management from Galatasaray Üniversitesi and has pursued studies in social justice and intercultural communication at Reed College, alongside a BA in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University.
