Patricia Hickey

Patricia Hickey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager for Talent Management at Korn Ferry since June 2022, Patricia previously held the role of Manager in Project Management at Korn Ferry from October 2014 to August 2021. In an earlier consultancy capacity with Project and Process Management, Patricia managed significant projects, including the technical update of the Baylands Ecosystem Habitat Goals report. Patricia's career also includes positions as Director of Project Management at Tenrec, Inc., Process Manager in Financial Services at Accenture, and Vice President at Bank of America, where Patricia led application development and support teams. Patricia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Northeastern University.
