Riya Bhalla

Riya Bhalla is a consultant at Korn Ferry since October 2024, bringing over 5 years of diverse experience in strategic consulting and business analysis. Previously, Riya served as a Strategic Growth Specialist at Kepler Cannon and held multiple roles including Consultant and Associate Consultant. Earlier professional experiences include a Business Analyst position at RedSeer, an ACEC Intern role at Deloitte, and various internships focused on growth, strategy, and HR advisory. Riya co-founded and presided over Español Fácil, an initiative promoting Spanish language learning, conducting multiple live sessions and workshops. Riya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
