Rupali Pardasani, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the field of leadership advisory with extensive experience across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry, Rupali has previously held significant roles including Chief Manager for Leadership Development Strategy at Samsung Electronics and I/O Psychologist & Senior Consultant at Kincentric. Rupali also contributed as a Senior Consultant for Leadership Assessments & Development at Aon India, and was a Doctoral Research Scholar focusing on Organizational Behavior at the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. Educationally, Rupali holds a Fellow Program in Management (equivalent to Ph.D.) in Organizational Behavior from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
