Tiago Muge

Tiago Muge is a seasoned professional in performance and talent management, currently serving as a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry since October 2014, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of performance and talent management models and job evaluation using Hay Group methodologies. Concurrently, Tiago holds the position of Invited Professor at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, teaching MSc courses in Human Resources Management and Organizational Consultancy.
