Tim Donahue

Tim Donahue is a seasoned professional in leadership development and organizational change, currently serving as a Principal at Korn Ferry since March 2021. With extensive experience across various industries, including tech, retail, and financial services, Tim has led initiatives to enhance enterprise leadership capabilities and conducted assessments and coaching for top leadership teams. Prior to Korn Ferry, Tim operated as a Principal at Talent Directions, focusing on talent development and organizational transformation, working with notable clients such as Mastercard and Pfizer. Tim has also held consultancy positions at nGenera Corp. and Thomson Learning, and has provided mentorship for start-ups. Tim holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Connecticut.
