Vasudha Handa

Vasudha Handa has extensive experience in total rewards and HR project management, with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. At Korn Ferry, from April 2021 to August 2023, Vasudha served as Senior Director of Total Rewards & Work Measurement for multiple regions including ASEAN and the Indian Sub Continent, after progressing from roles as Director and Associate Director. Prior experience includes serving as AGM of Total Rewards at Mylan Laboratories Limited, and as a Project Manager and Rewards Consultant at Willis Towers Watson India. Earlier roles include Compensation and Benefits Specialist at LG Electronics and Senior Associate Lead - HR at Infosys. Vasudha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management, Nirma University, and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Kurukshetra University.
