Erez Segal

Erez Segal is an experienced professional in customer success and technical support, currently serving as the Customer Success Products lead at Kornit Digital since May 2021. Prior to this, Erez operated as an entrepreneur and investor at Joyneu from November 2018 to November 2021. Erez's extensive tenure at HP from 1995 to 2018 encompassed various roles, including Project Support Manager, Global Product Support Manager, Service Team Manager, Industrial Products Service Specialist, and Field Service Engineer. Erez holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, a Graduate Certificate in Foundation of Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and an Associate of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University, along with a diploma in the Printing Industry from Amal-Net Institute.
