Tamir Ben Rechav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and program management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Customer Success Excellence Manager at Kornit Digital since September 2021, Tamir previously held the role of Customer Success Director at Axilion Smart Mobility, where responsibilities included leading pilot projects and account management for major US and EU clients. Prior experience includes program management roles at Twiggle, where Tamir managed customer relationships with leading retailers, and VATBox, focusing on strategic accounts for Fortune 500 companies. As COO at Treepodia, oversight included operations across HR, finance, and customer support, while earlier roles at Comverse involved leadership in service operations and quality management. Tamir holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
