Yuval Mordekovitz

Yuval Mordekovitz is a seasoned professional in materials engineering with extensive experience in research and team leadership. Currently serving as the Team Lead for New Processes & Physical Modeling at Kornit Digital since February 2022, Yuval oversees the development of innovative printing processes while investigating the physical mechanisms involved. Previously, in the role of Application Tech Lead at Kornit Digital, Yuval focused on substrate-related printing quality issues, leading a multi-disciplinary work group. Experience at StoreDot as an Experienced Researcher involved designing new battery materials for solid-state cells. A Ph.D. researcher at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Yuval conducted in-depth studies in metallurgy, ceramics, nanotechnology, and surface science, and contributed as a Teaching Assistant and instructor in academic settings. Yuval holds a PhD, MS, and BS in Materials Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
