Jason R. is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and technology entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Korr since March 2025, Jason previously co-founded and held the position of CTO at TotemVC from January 2017 to December 2024, where a successful transition of an internal software platform to a venture-backed SaaS business was achieved. Prior to that, Jason was the Director of Engineering at ff Venture Capital, leading the development of a software platform to enhance startup investment processes. Jason’s engineering journey began as a Senior Web Engineer at Rallyverse, where foundational work on a social media management platform was undertaken, followed by a role as Senior Software Engineer at PowerPay, focusing on scalable technology solutions for payment processing.
