Jody Kemsley-Gilbert has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Jody started their career as a Senior Web Developer at the University of Kent in 2007 and then moved on to become a Learning & Research Developer. In these roles, they focused on designing innovative solutions, improving the usability of the PHP based Moodle platform, and developing supporting applications using Ruby and Java.

In 2013, Jody joined Kaplan International Colleges as a Developer, where they supported the development and improvement of the organization's blended learning systems, including the PHP based Moodle LMS. Jody also led the integration of AngularJS into the team's Moodle instances, enhancing the user experience.

After their time at Kaplan, Jody worked at RefME as a Senior Front End Developer, where they utilized their expertise in front-end development.

Currently, Jody is working at Kortext as an Architect, Web Client Applications.

Jody Kemsley-Gilbert completed their education with a Certified ScrumMaster Training course from Scrum Alliance in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Multimedia Technology and Design from the University of Kent, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Before their university education, Jody pursued a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Computing at Canterbury College from 2005 to 2007.
