Rinchin Tiku PMP®, PSM I, Google Certified Project Manager

Rinchin Tiku has a diverse work experience, starting with PwC as a trainee in 2011. In 2012, Tiku joined Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance as a manager and worked there until 2014. They then transitioned to a manager role at Wildcraft India from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, Tiku became a senior consultant at Change Et Al., where they worked until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Tiku worked as a project manager at Quadmark. After that, in 2022, Tiku held project manager positions at both Symcor and Kortext.

Rinchin Tiku's education history begins with completing high school at MHACS Nagbani Jammu from 1995 to 2006, where they studied science and mathematics. They then pursued a Master's in Management Studies at the University of Mumbai from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. In 2017, Rinchin Tiku obtained a Diploma in Design Thinking from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, focusing on Design Thinking. Additionally, Rinchin Tiku has obtained various certifications throughout their career. They earned the "Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization" certification from LinkedIn in October 2017. They also have the "Google Project Management Certificate" from Coursera, obtained in 2021. Furthermore, Rinchin Tiku holds the "Project Management Professional (PMP)" certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in January 2022. Finally, Rinchin Tiku obtained the "PSM I" certification from Scrum.org in January 2023.
