Rachel Carrell

CEO & Founder at Koru Kids

Rachel Carrell is the CEO and founder of Koru Kids, a company that provides childcare for working parents. Rachel has over fifteen years of experience in a variety of industries, including healthcare, oil and gas, mining, retail, and banking. Carrell has also worked as a strategy and innovation consultant for the NHS London and as a writer and editor for the International Institute for Sustainable Development. In 2012, they were named a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader.

Rachel Carrell has a Doctorate in International Development (Political Economy) from the University of Oxford, an MPhil in International Development (with Distinction) from the University of Oxford, and a BA (hons) in Linguistics from the University of Otago. Rachel has also completed a course in Leadership and Decision-making from Yale University.
