Linda Effiong is an experienced Design Engineer at KORU Medical Systems since January 2022, with a strong background in biomechanics and engineering. Prior roles include Research Engineer at Columbia University Irving Medical Center from June 2016 to December 2021 and Orthopaedic Research Teaching Assistant IV at Rutgers Biomedical Health Sciences from August 2006 to June 2016. Linda's work has focused on biomechanical testing, kinematics of finger joints, and various studies involving spinal fusion and bone healing in animal models. Academic contributions include teaching and assisting in biomedical engineering courses at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, along with research activities at the Boston University Neuromuscular Research Center. Linda holds a Master's degree in Biomechanics from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
