Ramprasad Polam Reddy

Ramprasad Polam Reddy is a seasoned UI/UX designer with extensive experience in optimizing user engagement and improving interface design. Currently serving as a Sr. UI/UX Designer at Koru UX Design since July 2025, Ramprasad previously worked as a Product Designer at Nuclei from May 2022 to June 2025, where user engagement for over 10 million banking customers was enhanced through key flow optimization and data-driven strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Project Engineer at Wipro from March 2017 to October 2019, focusing on data ETL processes for Bank of America and workflow optimization for Philips Healthcare. Ramprasad also founded mynextarena, an online skill aggregator that successfully assisted over 530 students in enrolling in various skill development courses. Ramprasad holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from Silicon Institute of Technology.
