Cady Lewis has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Cady started their career as a Marketing Intern at Sony Music Entertainment in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Product Development Specialist at Mastercard. Cady then joined Unilever and held roles as a Trade Marketing Specialist and In-Store Visibility Specialist in 2014.
From 2015 to 2018, Cady worked at Tim Hortons, where they started as an Analyst in In-Restaurant Marketing and later became the Manager of Marketing Communications. Cady also participated in the Leadership Development Program and gained experience in the Sustainability & Government Affairs and Marketing Technologies departments.
In 2018, Cady joined Ritual.co as a Marketing Specialist, where they contributed to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and implemented new processes for the marketing team. Cady later became an Associate Growth Manager and Senior Growth Marketing Specialist.
Currently, they are working at Koru, where they have held roles as a Growth Manager, Senior Growth Manager, and is currently the Lead Growth Manager. At Koru, Cady is involved in building ventures from scratch, managing business concepts, conducting user research, and achieving product-market fit.
Cady Lewis has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing Co-op from Wilfrid Laurier University. Cady also holds an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from North Toronto Collegiate Institute.
