Khaled Eniba, CFA, currently serves as a Senior Business Operations Manager at Koru, a venture studio supported by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, and has held this position since November 2022. In addition, Khaled contributes as a Data & Analytics Mentor at The Commons, focusing on tech industry career development. Previous roles include Associate Manager of Strategy & Operations at DoorDash, where strategic growth initiatives were overseen, and Product Operations Lead at CPP Investments, facilitating the digital transformation of the firm’s data platform. Khaled’s career also includes significant positions at Thomson Reuters, where outstanding client relationships were managed, and contributions to research at The Globe and Mail and The Citco Group of Companies. Khaled holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Economics from McMaster University.

Koru is a captive venture studio backed by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Founded in 2019, Koru exists to drive value creation and grow the overall enterprise value of OTPP’s portfolio companies by partnering with them to identify, validate, build and oversee new disruptive business opportunities that leverage unfair advantages. Ultimately, this is in service of providing the pensions of the teachers of Ontario. Since 2019, Koru has built and launched 9 new ventures across a variety of industries and geographies including child care, field safety, customer service innovation, financial services, e-commerce logistics, elder care and climate tech/energy transition.
