Zachary S. Tucker

Zachary S. Tucker has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, currently serving as Philanthropic Chair and Director of Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility at Maple Leaf Farms since February 2013. In this role, responsibilities include investigating labor market issues and improving recruiting and retention practices, alongside ensuring compliance in quality assurance communications. Additional positions held at Maple Leaf Farms include Retention & Efficiency Manager and Special Projects Coordinator. Zachary also serves on the boards of the Indiana State Poultry Association and Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, with previous board memberships at Kosciusko County Purdue Extension and Warsaw Education Foundation Inc. Academic qualifications include a Master of Agricultural Economics and an MBA from Purdue University and Indiana University, respectively, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Animal Agribusiness from Purdue University.
