Monica Shank

Monica Shank is an experienced professional with over 30 years in accounting and management, currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards & Payroll at Kosmos Energy since September 2007. In this role, Monica is responsible for directing the operations of group benefits programs, including Health & Welfare and executive benefits, and managing the compensation process. Prior to this, Monica held various positions at BFS Services, including Manager of Payroll and Stock Accounting and International Accounting Manager. Monica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Tarleton State University.
