Thom Roller

Thom Roller has been working in the oil and gas industry for several decades. Thom began their career at Conoco Inc. in 1982 as a Production/Drilling Engineer and worked there until 1994. Thom then joined Union Pacific Resources as the Chief Drilling Engineer/Deepwater Development Manager and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2006, Thom served as the Drilling Operations Manager at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Thom then joined Mariner Energy, Inc. as the Deepwater Drilling Manager from 2006 to 2010. Thom then joined Apache Corporation and held various roles, including Deepwater Drilling and Completions Manager and Director, Worldwide Drilling, from 2010 to 2019. Thom's most recent role was as a Consultant for the year 2019, and they are currently working as the Vice President of Drilling Operations, GOM at Kosmos Energy since the start of 2020.

Thom Roller earned a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, studying from 1978 to 1982.
