Tommy Fulford

Tommy Fulford is a seasoned oil and gas executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Kosmos Energy since 2008, currently serving as Senior Vice President for both the Gulf of Mexico and Equatorial Guinea. Fulford's achievements include oversight of significant development projects in Ghana and leading initiatives in Mauritania and Senegal. Prior to Kosmos, Fulford worked as a Production Engineer at Merit Energy Company and held multiple engineering and leadership positions at Hess Corporation, where substantial subsea oil development projects were successfully executed. Fulford holds a business administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.
