Marcin Nowicki

Marcin Nowicki is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and production management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Kospel since February 2023. Prior to this role, Marcin held various positions at Aptiv as Value Stream Manager for RM BMW, overseeing multiple production departments and reporting directly to the Plant Manager from January 2020 to February 2023. Marcin's career at Delphi spanned nearly two decades, during which time responsibilities included APU Preproduction Manager, Operation Manager, Production Manager, and Pre-production Manager, all with a focus on multiple production departments. Earlier in the career at Eaton, Marcin was responsible for quality management for major OEMs, ensuring high standards in quality assurance and customer service.
