Laura Goins is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience in distribution and warehouse management. Currently serving as the Distribution Manager at KOST USA, Laura previously held the position of Logistics and Warehouse Manager at MCC Label, where significant improvements in shipping performance were achieved, and operational efficiencies were implemented through LEAN practices. With a strong background in project management from Caliber.global, Laura successfully led various special projects and developed training programs in warehouse management software.
