Matthew Hupp

Matthew Hupp has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Matthew began their career in 1995 at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. where they worked as an Associate in the Environmental Group, assessing wastewater compliance and implementing improvement plans. Matthew then joined Procter and Gamble in 1998, holding positions such as Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Section Head in different departments. During their time at Procter and Gamble, Matthew managed product and process development, led teams, and delivered successful initiatives. In 2016, they joined KOST USA - a Recochem Company, where they currently serve as the Sr. Director of Science and Innovation and the Director of Product Development, overseeing the development and management of the product portfolio.

Matthew Hupp earned their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University between 1993 and 1998.
