Andre Ley

Andre Ley serves as the Engineering Manager for Power Electronics Application Software at KOSTAL of America, Inc. since February 2023. Previously, Andre held roles at Aptiv as a Scrum Coordinator/System Software Project Manager and at ZF TRW as an Engineering Project Lead, focusing on Advanced Driver Assist Systems and leading projects with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Andre's extensive experience includes positions at Ford Motor Company, IAV Automotive Engineering, Schaeffler, Lear Corporation, and BMW, emphasizing software development, project management, and algorithm design for hybrid systems and automotive technologies. Andre holds a Dipl. Ing. Univ degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation Technology from the Technical University of Munich.
