Leonard Pagano is a Senior Design Engineer with extensive experience working in the automotive industry. Leonard has held various design and product development roles at companies such as KOSTAL of America, Inc., TRW, Tech-D-P, METHODE ELECTRONICS, INC, and LEAR CORP. Leonard has a strong background in designing SCCM for OEMs, center stack and haptic devices for automotive, military, medical and commercial uses, as well as electrical and multifunction switches. Leonard has also worked on the design of key fobs for General Motors (GM) and has experience leading design projects for major automotive companies like Ford and Chrysler. Leonard's education includes a degree in design from Central Michigan University and an Associates Degree in Design from Macomb Community College.
