George Chen

George Chen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and transformation. Currently serving as Finance Transformation & Systems Manager at Kotahi Logistics LP, George co-leads a digital transformation program and champions the development of finance-related functions across various platforms. Previously, George held several key roles at Ecolab, including Global Corporate Management Reporting Lead, where responsibilities included preparing critical executive reporting for the CEO and CFO, and leading the Global Supply Chain FP&A team. George's earlier experience includes senior finance management roles at GCL Solar Energy and Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation, as well as audit expertise gained at Ernst & Young. George holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Fudan University.
