ArunSubhra Pain currently serves as Assistant Manager-FLN at Kotak Education Foundation since July 2024. Prior to this role, ArunSubhra was Curriculum Development Manager at LEAD School from May 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included creating educational resources for under-resourced schools and researching innovative learning practices. From July 2020 to May 2022, ArunSubhra held various positions at WhiteHat Jr, ultimately as a Senior Curriculum Associate, focusing on developing curriculum and assessment materials aligned with US common core standards. ArunSubhra began the professional journey as a freelance content writer for Chaitali Chaudhuri in July 2020 and holds a Master of Arts in Literature from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, obtained in 2020.
