Tathagata Dutta

Tathagata Dutta is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Digital Product Management and Strategy at Kotak Mahindra General Insurance Co. Ltd. since April 2022. Prior to this role, Tathagata held the position of Vice President in the Central Product Team at ICICI Lombard, where the focus was on leading the migration of Bharti AXA's retail general insurance business. Throughout a progressive career, Tathagata has also served as Vice President and Head of Products & Strategy at Bharti AXA General Insurance, and has held various leadership positions at Kotak Mahindra and ICICI Lombard, including overseeing business intelligence, renewals, and customer service operations. Tathagata holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Jaipuria Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from The University of Burdwan.
