Alok Sharma

Alok Sharma is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing technology transformations across the insurance sector. Currently serving as SVP - IT at Kotak Life since January 2018, Alok oversees a diverse application portfolio and has successfully led legacy modernization initiatives. Prior roles include AVP at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, where Alok managed multiple delivery tracks for a leading Indian insurance company, and at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed project execution and client engagement management. Alok has also held significant positions at ICICI Lombard and ICICI Prudential, focusing on technical overhauls and system implementations. A graduate of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies with a Master's degree in Information Technology, Alok also holds a PMP certification from Project Management Institute.
