Parthasarathi V

Parthasarathi V serves as the National HR Head for the Bancassurance Channel at Kotak Life, holding the title of Senior Vice President since November 2016. With extensive experience in human resources, Parthasarathi has previously held various high-level positions, including Vice President and Senior Associate Vice President at Kotak Life, where responsibilities included leading Talent Acquisition and Management for Southern India sales channels. Prior to this role, Parthasarathi worked at AGS Health as Senior Manager in Talent Engagement and Manager in the same function, along with a decade-long tenure at Infosys BPO as Senior Associate Lead in Business Partner HR, focusing on the employee lifecycle and HR service delivery. Parthasarathi holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, earned in 2014.
