Sharmeen Nawaz

Sharmeen Nawaz possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Vice President – HRBP Lead for the East Zone at Kotak Life since May 2019. Previous roles at Kotak Life include Chief Manager in various capacities related to HR business partnering and talent acquisition, as well as serving as a management trainee in human resources. Prior to this, an internship in human resources was completed at Titan Company Limited in mid-2018. Sharmeen holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from J. D. Birla Institute. Sharmeen's foundational education was completed at Mahadevi Birla Girls Higher Secondary School.
