Jamila Afonso is a specialist in T&D, corporate education, and leadership with extensive experience in strategic HR management, PDI/PDL, and KPI development. Currently, Jamila serves as the T&D Manager at Kothe Transportes and has held various leadership roles at Nortesys and Grupo A&P Franchising.
