Christie Leister

Christie Leister has 8 years of experience in operations management. In 2020, they began working as an Internal Operations Support Manager for Kotis Design. From 2012 to 2020, they served as HR/Administrative Manager for Cinema Makeup School, where they developed strategies for classroom operations, expanded HR involvement in the hiring and termination process, and ensured compliance with employment laws. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as an Operations Specialist for Westmore Academy School of Arts, where they assisted with school operations, managed inbound student inquiries, tracked student attendance, and updated the school curriculum and training. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Fitness Center Manager for Health Fitness Corporation, where they successfully transitioned management from in-house to Health Fitness Corporation, maintained daily operations of the fitness center, and delivered health and wellness education to corporate employees.

Christie Leister completed their Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise from the University of Utah between 1995 and 2000. In 2018, they earned a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from DePaul University. Additionally, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2018 and an ACSM/NCPAD Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer certification from the American College of Sports Medicine in July 2017.
