Tony Groves

Tony Groves is an experienced operations manager currently employed at Kotn since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tony spent nearly a decade at AllSaints, progressing from stylist to store manager, and gained extensive expertise in retail management, visual merchandising, and customer experience. This journey included significant contributions to the global flagship store, where Tony collaborated with the field creative team to establish a strong brand image. Tony's retail career began at schuh as a sales assistant, focusing on customer service and sales strategies. Tony holds a Btec Extended Diploma in Visual Design from Seevic College and has a foundational education from Castle View Secondary School.
