Damian Borchok serves as the Managing Director APAC at Koto since April 2023, focusing on brand and digital strategies for impactful companies. Additionally, Damian is a member of the Marketing Leadership Council at UNSW since April 2022. Previously, Damian co-founded and led For The People as CEO from October 2014 to February 2023, emphasizing strategy and culture change. Other key roles include co-founding Know And Co and serving as CEO and Managing Director for Interbrand Australia from 2007 to 2014. Damian's extensive experience also includes positions at Landor, Cato Brand Partners, and Rothbury Wines, along with board director roles at the Australian Design Centre and Griffin Theatre Company. Damian holds a degree in Commerce from UNSW and has completed business administration studies at Babson College and Omnicom University through Harvard Business School.
