Rebecca Innes

Rebecca Innes is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management across various sectors. Currently serving as People Director at Koto since May 2023, Rebecca previously held the position of Head of People at Nexus Studios from July 2021 to May 2023. With a significant tenure at The Mill from March 2013 to June 2021, Rebecca contributed as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Lead HR Advisor, and HR Advisor, leading HR initiatives to embed a people-focused culture in creative services. Earlier roles include HR Advisor at UKME and Radley and Co, and HR Manager at French Connection. Rebecca began in HR as an Assistant at Macmillan Publishers and The Competition Commission. Educational achievements include an MCIPD in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a BSc (Hons) in Behavioral Science from Northampton University.
